President Beavers called to order the meeting with a prayer & pledge to the flag.

A quorum was verified by the Credentials Committee- Bobbie Hothem.

There was a moment of silence for the 9 fire fighters that perished in a fire in South Carolina.

All bills  , HB & SB, will be placed on the web-site.

Darrell Perkins will be sending condolences to any department regardless of size, professional or volunteer, outside of Ohio that he deems necessary/

OEMTIA will be combining their meetings with our conferences.

The position for District Director #4 will be filled at the Retreat for the Springfield conference.

A letter of resignation was read by Karen Beavers from Dave Stahley.  He is unable to work with the magazine like he wanted to.

Credential Committees chair, Bobbi Hothem, cast 1 vote for each nominee in accordance with the acclamation vote.

Jack Liberator swore in the new & old officers on the Board.
