   The Membership Committee hosts an informal 'round table' discussion at every conference on Saturday, immediately following the last class of the day. The purpose of this meeting is to allow all members to come together to discuss concerns, offer suggestions and share ideas how to improve the Association as a whole.

   The Chairperson, in turn, brings these issues to the next schedules meeting of the Board of Directors.
