Objectives:

    1.  Recognize the need for safety and appropriate PPE when encountering a Hazardous Materials Scene

    2.  Recognize signs to identify Hazardous Materials

    3.  Identify routes of exposure

    4.  Perform a primary assessment on a Hazardous Materials exposed patient

    5. Perform a secondary assessment of a Hazardous Materials exposed patient and identify toxidromes

    6. Identify treatment options for contaminated patients

    7. Provide a  scenario to identify selected toxidromes
