MEETINGS
4.01 General. There shall be at least one (1) General Business Meeting each year. General Business Meetings shall be held during every Educational Conference. Additional General Business Meetings may be held as directed by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors shall designate one (1) meeting as the Annual State Meeting, hereinafter referred to as the Annual State Educational Conference. Whenever possible, the Annual State Educational Conference shall be held in June.
Members shall be notified at least thirty (30) days before a General Business Meeting.
Printing of the notice of a General Business Meeting in the official publication of the Association and/or posting on the official website (www.oaems.org) constitutes notice to the membership.
4.02 Quorum. Thirty-five (35) general voting members shall constitute a quorum for a General Business Meeting.
If during the course of a General Business Meeting the number of general voting members falls below this amount the Meeting shall continue and all Business transacted after the initial count shall be valid.
