MEMBERSHIP MEETING

 

 

The official meeting was called to order by Brian Rogers.

 

The order of business was info on “Travel & Learn”, with the following deals:

 

(1)   Las Vegas  =  7  nights @ $50 per room  /  November 10-17, 2007 prices are from $671 to $995.

       November 27 to December 1, 207  prices are from $595 to $865

 

(2)  Fly into to Jamaica, Bahamas etc @$100 per room   (everything at resort is covered.  Prices are from $1100  

               To $1700 per person/double

 

(3)  Riveria, Montago etc.  minimum of 30 people  .  Prices from $13385 to $1586.

 

(4)  cruise – 7 night  /  30 people minimum.  Cost is $1700 per person /double

 

(5)  cruise  -  8 days / San Deigo, Acapulco etc. on November 14, 2007   Prices are $1199 inside; $1349 ocean

                               View &$1419 outside view.

 

(6)  Hawaii Carnival Cruise  on 12-1-8/07 from $1813 to $2334.

 

(7)  cruise from Ft. Lauderdale on 10/22-30/07 from $1219 to $1499

      

(8)   Alaska cruise on 8/22-29/07 from $1867 to $2447

 

(9)   Medeterian  cruise  on 11/3-10/07 from $2017 to $2397.  This includes France, Spain etc

A vote was taken & the final results were given:

 

          Vegas  -  8

           Cruise  -  3

           All Inclusive  -  0

 

General membership would like to have the CEU stickers verified.  Brian Rogers stated that the State wants them broad  so they can be used in many areas.

 

Dispatchers & law enforcement officers can get CEU’s here.

 

Darrell Perkins  would like to be able to swap tables with the BTLS& get involved with them.

 

URL numbers needs to be gien before anyone can help or take over on our e-mail.

 

Marsha Baer would like to see controversial items etc put into packets to give to membership for discussion.
